DOOM 4 headed to PlayStation 4 and Xbox 720- Rumor!

DOOM 4, the sequel to the critically acclaimed franchise created by id software seems to be headed to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox 720.

Lead programmer Brian Harris hinted at the game’s development through, of course, his Twitter account.

A single Tweet seems to suggest that he’s now back on the game. “Currently home taking care of a new baby girl,” Harris said when asked about his current work situation. “When I get back, I’ll help port the big project to new platforms.”

While he never mentioned DOOM 4 in his twitter update, yet it seems obvious that he is all set to taking the franchise to the the Next Gen consoles.

Hopefully E3 2013 will spills the beans for us, Doom-hungry fans.

Based on the Official Xbox Magazine here are the first details on the Tomb Raider Multiplayer.

Three Game Modes have been confirmed-
1) Team Deathmatch- pits a team of Lara’s surviving allies against a group of hostile natives known as “scavengers. The not so open Maps feature a wide variety of Traps like falling Bridges, Spikes-out-of-walls, Climbing shimmiable surfaces and more in  a Best of 3 rounds matches.

3) Cry for Help- features a strong emphasis on Discovery and Collection where the action takes a backseat.

Other Details regarding the Multiplayer include-

NINJA GAIDEN Z PS3, Sigma Plus 2 Vita Announced for 2013- TGS2012(Tokyo Game Show)

Team Ninja has joined forces with Spark Unlimited and Keiji Inafune to produce Ninja Gaiden Z; an all-new entry in the bloody hack-'n-slash franchise featuring cel-shaded visuals.

Substantial details have yet to be revealed, though it is known the game will feature zombies, hence the 'Z' subtitle. The game is also confirmed to be Inafune-san's 'Yaiba' project.

Yaiba is in fact the name of the Z's protagonist, who is said to be on the hunt for Ryu Hayabusa, who fans of the series will no doubt be acquainted with. Platforms as well as a release date have yet to be announced.

Elsewhere, the developer also confirmed that Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 will be coming to PlayStation Vita in early 2013. This follows the release of the original Sigma, which was a launch title for Sony's high-powered handheld.
